Manuscript Details
• Collection of 16th & 17th Century manuscripts are available in library.
• The collection consists of 2270 rare manuscripts (Sanskrit and Marathi).
• Manuscripts have been scanned and are available in CD format.
• Another 82 Tibetan manuscripts are also in the collection.

Books
We have open access system in the library. Books are arranged according to Colon as well as Dewey Decimal classification scheme for convenience of the users. The users through the Web OPAC facility can easily access the status of the books.
Display of New Arrivals
New books are displayed every Monday for a week at the display counter at the circulation desk.
Reference Book Collections
Reference books include encyclopedias, dictionaries, rare & costly books, theses, dissertation, project reports can be referred only in the reading room.
Current Periodicals
The library subscribes to 67 periodicals (Indian and foreign) arranged as per subject in the reading hall. No current periodical or newspaper can be taken outside the library.
Back Issues of Periodicals
The back volumes of periodicals are kept in the Stack room which can issued outside the library.
