Course Highlight
TMV’s Lokmanya Tilak Law College has started Choice Based Credit System Pattern with education which focuses on holiostic development of students through tutorials, assignments, presentations Viva-Voce and induldge them in co-curricular activities like Elocution, Debates Moot Court and publication of write up's on the e-Magazine of Students named "Advocacy" in the University Website.
Eligibility
A Graduate in any faculty with minimum 45% of marks is eligible for the admission to Three Year LL.B Degree Course.
Minimum Eligibilty Criteria would be 40% marks for the students/ applicants belonging to S.C. and S. T. categories.
An applicant who has obtained 10 + 2 Higher Secondary passed Certificate or First Degree Certificate after pursuing studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission to Three Year LL.B Course. (As per Bar Council of India Rules).

Examination Pattern
Choice Based Credit System has been adopted as per Vidyapeeth Rules. 60:40 Pattern i.e.External (theory) 60 marks and Internal 40 marks. Internal includes Tutorials, Assignments, Presentation and Viva-voce.

Rules of Passing
College has started a Choice Based Credit System and adopted a 60:40 pattern. Choice Based Credit System pattern includes End Semester Examination of 60 marks and Continuous Assessment of 40 marks and students should secure minimum 50% marks individually for External and Internal Evaluation, i.e. 30 marks in End Semester Examination and 20 marks in Continuous Assessment respectively.
