B.A.L.L.B. (Five years Law Course)

Course Highlight
TMV’s Lokmanya Tilak Law College has started Choice Based Credit System Pattern which imparts the student oriented education in which there is continuous evaluation through tutorials, assignments, presentation and Viva-Voce.
Eligibility :
1. The student should have passed 12th with minimum 45% of marks is eligible for the admission to Five Year B.A.LL.B degree course. Minimum 40% marks for the students/applicants belonging to S.C. and S. T. categories.
2. Any Govt. approved Diploma Course is equivalent to 12th with minimum 45% marks.
3. An Applicant should have passed 10th and 12th by Regular Mode - with minimum 45% marks) is eligible.

In case any change in partial or full syllabus of the course , examination of the previous syllabus will be conducted only for the next three consecutive times and repeaters shall clear their backlog subjects of the previous syllabus within those three examinations.
Examination Pattern
Choice Based Credit System has been adopted as per Vidyapeeth Rules. 60:40 Pattern. i.e.External (theory) 60 marks and Internal 40 marks. Internal includes Tutorials, Assignments, Presentation and Viva-voce.

Rules of Passing
College has started Choice Based Credit System pattern from this Academic Year and adopted 60:40 pattern. Choice Based Credit System pattern there is External Evaluation of 60 marks and Internal Evaluation of 40 marks. The student should get 50% marks individually for External and Internal Evaluation, i.e. 30 marks for External and 20 for Internal Evaluation.
