Course Highlight

1. Students should possess knowledge of basic courses namely Exercise therapy and Electrotherapy along with basic medical subjects including Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry which will lay their foundation for practice of Physiotherapy.
2. Students should develop skills & techniques of physiotherapy to treat Medical & Surgical conditions.
3. The student will develop skills to promote health in general in Geriatrics, Women's health, Industrial medicine as well as at competitive level, such as sports, keeping in mind National Health Policies.
4. Students will practice professional autonomy & ethical principles with referral as well as first contact clients in conformity with ethical code for physiotherapists.
5. Students will develops interests for care of the individual and provide physiotherapy services to the community.
6. Students should demonstrates skills in practicing physiotherapy, teaching, management, research guidance and counseling.

Intake Capacity

60 Seats
• 85% of General quota will be filled through TMV Common Entrance Test
• 15% of the seats reserved for management quota.

Eligibility

• 12th Science PCB (Passed - 50% marks) with NEET-UG/ TMV Entrance

Course Pattern

4 years of full time course and 6 months of rotatory internship
